In conjunction with condition-based information, this forms the basis for our strategy that we will propose. The strategy identifies and targets any solutions we recognise are needed, to resolve the identified issues. The documented strategy also acts as detailed justification to support funding bid submissions.
The resulting documentation is continually adapted and updated to reflect completed works. It also demonstrates the school’s ongoing commitment to providing the best facilities for their staff and students.
Primary and secondary schools can use Building Bulletin 103 to create their schedule of accommodation, comparing this to existing buildings where necessary. We also assess spaces for their compliance against the statutory building regulations and wider building bulletin advice on fire safety / strategy, acoustics, heating and ventilation.
